Responsibilities
- Create data architectures and data integrations for business-critical processes, factory machines, and equipment.
- Design and develop digital solutions and end-to-cloud data architectures for intelligent solutions.
- Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions using Python and other programming languages.
- Apply OCR, object detection, and time-series prediction to support engineering decisions.
- Analyze field data and provide actionable insights.
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, data refreshes, validations, and large-dataset analyses.
- Support business intelligence, business-system integration, future-factory, and process-intelligence projects.
- Develop AI agents for application- and business-specific requirements.
- Take ownership of deployed solutions and algorithms and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor-level engineering degree such as B.E. or B.Tech.
- 2–4 years of experience in data science, AI/ML solution development, operations analytics, or related fields, including internships, academic projects, or entry-level roles with relevant project experience.
- Hands-on Python and other programming-language experience for developing and deploying AI/ML solutions.
- Hands-on experience with OCR, object detection, and time-series prediction.
- Knowledge of computer vision algorithms is preferred.
- Hands-on field-data analysis experience with the ability to provide actionable insights.
- Hands-on Power BI experience, including dashboard creation, data refresh, validation, and work with large datasets.
- Foundational SQL knowledge and exposure to Python or another programming language through coursework, certifications, or self-directed learning.
- Publication in high-quality journals or reputed conferences is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, accept feedback, and learn new tools or skills in AI/ML.
