Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-performing software solutions.
- Build automation and AI capabilities using Python, agentic workflows, generative AI, and machine learning technologies.
- Develop, train, and deploy AI/ML models and integrate software through APIs.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and solution strategies.
- Participate in code reviews and implement unit testing, secure coding, and software quality practices.
- Use version control, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud technologies to support software delivery.
- Contribute to technology communities, continuous improvement, risk controls, and knowledge sharing.
- Lead and supervise a team when applicable, or provide technical guidance and influence as an individual contributor.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and agentic workflows.
- Experience with generative AI concepts, including prompt engineering or frameworks such as LangChain.
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and exposure to scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Experience with Git-based version control systems such as GitHub or GitLab.
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of API development and integration concepts.
- Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably AWS services including RDS, EKS, EC2, or Lambda.
- Understanding of containerization concepts, preferably Docker.
- Experience with AI/ML lifecycle concepts including model development, training, and deployment.
- Exposure to data processing platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks, or basic SQL.
- Familiarity with data engineering concepts including ETL pipelines, Airflow, or Spark.
- Awareness of responsible AI, model interpretability, and governance fundamentals.
- Understanding of DevOps fundamentals and software delivery pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and learning skills.
- Understanding of software engineering principles including modular design, code readability, and testing.
