Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Develop and deploy production-ready AI applications and pipelines in cloud or on-premises environments.
- Apply LLMs, generative AI, RAG, vector databases, agentic libraries, computer vision, and document processing techniques.
- Optimize AI pipelines for scalability, performance, and production quality.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required, including a minimum of 7.5 years of experience with LLMs.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models, prompt engineering, computer vision, and Python.
- Experience with vector databases, RAG architecture, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, computer vision, and document processing.
- Strong experience developing and deploying AI models in cloud or on-premises environments.
- In-depth understanding of generative AI techniques and practical applications.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Experience with chatbot development and image-processing methodologies.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
