Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions on Palantir Foundry and Palantir Artificial Intelligence Platform.
- Build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines, transformations, and reusable data products.
- Develop Ontology models, business objects, relationships, actions, workflows, enterprise data models, semantic layers, and knowledge graphs.
- Create operational and analytical applications using Workshop and other Palantir development capabilities.
- Build AI-powered solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, multi-agent systems, prompt engineering, semantic search, and knowledge graphs.
- Develop intelligent workflows with Palantir AIP Agent Studio and automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with architects, data scientists, designers, product teams, business stakeholders, and product owners.
- Provide technical leadership, influence architecture and delivery direction, and present solutions and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
- Lead development workstreams, mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices.
- Gather client requirements, demonstrate solutions, support production deployment and monitoring, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering, AI engineering, or data engineering experience.
- At least 2 years of hands-on Palantir Foundry development experience.
- Experience building enterprise-scale AI or analytics solutions.
- Experience in consulting or client-facing delivery environments.
- Experience with Palantir AIP Agent Builder.
- Experience with digital twins, IoT, or industrial AI solutions is an additional qualification.
- Knowledge of graph databases and knowledge graph architectures.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar LLM platforms.
- Familiarity with Responsible AI, governance, and security frameworks.
- Ability to engage clients, influence senior stakeholders, design scalable platforms, and lead or mentor engineering teams.
