Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML engineering solutions from design and build through production support and measurable outcomes.
- Own architecture and technical strategy for scalable, secure batch and streaming data and AI platforms.
- Design and build high-performance, cost-efficient data pipelines on GCP with resilience and observability.
- Implement MLOps across training, testing, deployment, monitoring, rollback, and the full model lifecycle.
- Deliver production-grade GenAI solutions using LLMs, RAG, agentic and multi-agent patterns, orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering, and evaluation.
- Build data and search capabilities using vector, hybrid, and graph search technologies.
- Optimize performance, throughput, latency, and cost using Redis caching and tuning.
- Drive engineering standards, reviews, testing, documentation, SLOs, incident management, security, compliance, and data governance.
- Influence engineering improvements within a complex organizational structure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of software engineering experience focused on engineering practices and governance.
- Proven experience in application architecture and data management.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in banking or financial services.
- Technical acumen in cloud computing, CI/CD pipelines, and the software development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational influence skills.
- Master’s degree preferred.
