Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, automation, and performance testing for web and enterprise applications.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Playwright.
- Conduct performance and load testing using JMeter.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
- Identify, track, report, and retest defects through resolution.
- Support test coverage, quality standards, and release readiness across projects.
- Improve testing processes, frameworks, and quality practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in functional, automation, and performance testing.
- Practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software testing practices.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Rest Assured.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as GitHub.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, and JMeter.
- Programming skills in Java, Python, and TypeScript.
- Knowledge of test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect management.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and software testing lifecycle.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
- Preferred: knowledge of CI/CD pipeline integration and exposure to cloud-based testing environments.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, ownership, and collaboration skills.
