Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable, modular, and reusable UI automation frameworks.
- Perform UI automation using Python with Playwright and WebdriverIO with TypeScript.
- Develop and execute API automation tests using Python, WebdriverIO/TypeScript, Java, and Rest Assured.
- Validate REST APIs, authentication mechanisms, request and response data, and HTTP status codes.
- Use Cucumber/BDD, Page Object Model, reusable utilities, and automation best practices.
- Support automated test execution through Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Debug and troubleshoot test issues while working independently and collaboratively in Agile/Scrum environments.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in software testing, QA, and test automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with WebdriverIO and TypeScript for UI automation.
- Hands-on experience with Python and Playwright for UI automation and framework development.
- Strong experience with Java and Rest Assured for REST API automation.
- Experience with API automation using WebdriverIO/TypeScript and Python.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, JSON, authentication mechanisms, request/response validation, and HTTP status codes.
- Experience with Cucumber/BDD, Page Object Model, reusable utilities, and automation best practices.
- Good knowledge of Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated test execution.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with strong communication and collaboration skills.
