Responsibilities
- Engineer, implement, integrate, configure, and monitor Identity and Access Management and Identity Governance and Administration solutions.
- Design user provisioning integrations, onboard applications using APIs and connectors, and support Joiner-Mover-Leaver lifecycle processes.
- Configure and maintain SSO, MFA, provisioning, deprovisioning, access controls, RBAC, ABAC, SoD rules, certifications, entitlements, workflows, and policies.
- Develop scripting, automation, and orchestration to improve IAM efficiency and identity workflows.
- Support security policy implementation, technical security baselines, troubleshooting, documentation, and compliance with corporate standards.
- Assist with password vault management and ensure accounts are properly configured across repositories, applications, and IAM systems.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to resolve high-priority issues outside normal business hours.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Five years of experience in information security and/or IT-related work.
- Comprehensive experience configuring and leveraging SSO and step-up authentication, including federation services.
- Deep hands-on experience with Saviynt, IAM, IGA principles, scripting, automation, and API-based integrations.
- Experience with SCIM, REST APIs, flat files, JDBC, Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, Entra ID, AWS IAM, or Google Cloud IAM.
- Strong SQL query development skills and working knowledge of JSON and XML.
- Experience with access certifications, access controls, RBAC, ABAC, SoD rules, birthright access, and identity lifecycle management.
- Experience with Windows scripting and automation using PowerShell, VBScript, Perl, or Batch programming.
- Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or SANS certification.
- Ability to lead and document projects, translate technical concepts, troubleshoot complex environments, and coordinate across applications and systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
