Responsibilities
- Build AI agents, workflows, tools, and automations for customer, product, and operations problems.
- Apply LLMs, retrieval, tool calling, evaluations, guardrails, and automation to practical financial workflows.
- Create AI-assisted experiences for onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, CRM, operations, document handling, and product intelligence.
- Work with product and engineering teams to identify valuable opportunities and improve systems in production.
- Design for accuracy, hallucination risk, latency, cost, security, compliance, and user trust.
- Convert manual processes into reliable AI-enabled systems that can scale.
Requirements
- Hands-on software engineering ability and experience building production systems.
- Experience building AI agents, LLM applications, RAG systems, automation workflows, copilots, or AI-enabled tools.
- Strong coding ability in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or a similar practical technology stack.
- Ability to evaluate system quality, improve reliability, and make sound decisions about what to automate.
- Experience collaborating with product, operations, business, and engineering teams.
- Fintech, banking, support automation, risk, KYC, fraud, CRM, or operations automation experience is a strong plus.
- Strong English communication skills are required.
- Candidates must already be based in China.
- Candidates should demonstrate personally building, shipping, or scaling a serious product, platform, or system.
