Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and integrate frontend software features.
- Build responsive user interfaces with React and TypeScript.
- Develop map-based and geospatial visualization features with Cesium.
- Integrate frontend components with FastAPI and Flask services.
- Create clear workflows and visualizations for complex mission information and AI-enabled outputs.
- Work in GitLab and OpenShift-based development environments.
- Apply secure software-development practices and maintain automated unit and integration tests.
- Participate in code reviews, technical reviews, design discussions, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least four years of professional software-development experience.
- Hands-on experience building frontend applications with React and TypeScript.
- Experience using Cesium or CesiumJS for map-based or geospatial features.
- Experience working with FastAPI and Flask for frontend-to-backend integration.
- Experience with GitLab-based development workflows and OpenShift environments.
- Understanding of secure software-development lifecycle practices and automated testing.
- Ability to write clear, maintainable, testable code and effective technical documentation.
- Active final DoD Secret clearance.
- Preferred experience includes Kubernetes, Python, API development, mapping or data-visualization applications, secure CI/CD workflows, vulnerability remediation, defense or mission-planning software, and AI-assisted decision-support interfaces.
