Responsibilities
- Lead the QA automation strategy.
- Design and evolve end-to-end and API automation frameworks.
- Define QA automation standards and best practices.
- Drive Quality Engineering initiatives.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor and develop the QA Automation team.
Requirements
- More than six years of QA Automation experience.
- Experience leading technical teams.
- Experience with web and API automation.
- Experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Knowledge of Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience designing automation frameworks.
- Experience integrating tests into CI/CD using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with microservices and APIs.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Appium experience is desirable.
- Docker and Kubernetes experience is desirable.
- Pact contract testing experience is desirable.
- Datadog, Grafana, or New Relic observability experience is desirable.
- k6 or JMeter performance testing experience is desirable.
