- Lead technical upskilling for Video Template Reviewers.
- Test, deploy, and optimize AI-assisted review workflows.
- Establish and maintain technical review standards across software platforms.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve review systems.
- Monitor quality trends and operational risks.
- Support escalations involving template functionality and technical performance.
- Drive automation and innovation within Video Template Review operations.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of motion graphics and video production.
- Experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Understanding of template structure and rendering workflows.
- Experience reviewing creative assets for quality and usability.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into guidance and documentation.
- Strong collaboration skills with Product and Engineering teams.
