Responsibilities
- Generate approved partner deal registrations jointly with Partner Managers
- Run partner-tailored sales playbooks, including deal qualification, intake, technical scoping, and services attachment
- Accelerate partner-led opportunities through hands-on labs and proofs of concept with account AEs and SAs
- Own technical relationships and champions across a portfolio of managed partners
- Create and maintain technical engagement plans and lead quarterly partner read-outs
- Deliver enablement and certification roadmaps and lead hands-on technical lab workshops across Elastic products
- Co-architect solution blueprints and reference architectures with partners and hyperscalers
- Build reusable demos, sales cards, and battlecards and co-publish reference win stories and joint blog posts
- Author customer-facing white papers, blogs, and sales collateral
- Support technical Elastic deployments in partner labs, demonstration environments, and testing grounds
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or cloud or infrastructure technologies
- At least 3 years of presales experience in the software sector, ideally in partner-facing channel, alliances, SI/GSI, or MSSP ecosystems
- Working knowledge of security operations, including SIEM, endpoint, or cloud security, and/or observability, plus understanding of AI and semantic search technologies
- Professional experience architecting or operating solutions on AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure
- Technical depth in at least one Elastic solution area: AI agents and Search, security operations, or observability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to lead through influence and work collaboratively and independently amid ambiguity and competing priorities
- Willingness to travel primarily across LATAM, with approximately 40% travel expected
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese across written, verbal, and presentation contexts
- Meaningful experience with AI/ML technologies such as LLMs, embeddings, vector search, or agentic AI frameworks is a bonus
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, or a similar scripting or programming language is a bonus
- Technical training, instruction, or curriculum development experience is a bonus
