Responsibilities
- Own all technical aspects of the customer lifecycle from deployment through activation.
- Work closely with customers to understand their technical challenges and identify use cases for Devin.
- Build relationships with customers’ engineering teams to ensure smooth product integration.
- Implement customer feedback and advocate for their needs within the team.
- Exercise product instincts to help set the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Fluency or native proficiency in Spanish is required.
- Strong engineering foundation from a rigorous technical environment.
- Demonstrated track record of exceptional performance in various pursuits.
- Self-directed and able to prioritize without managerial guidance.
- Strong communication skills to engage with senior engineers and executives.
- High tolerance for ambiguity and intensity, with a willingness to travel 25-50%.
