Responsibilities
- Own the technical customer lifecycle from deployment through activation.
- Understand customer technical challenges and identify effective use cases for Devin.
- Build relationships with customer engineering teams to support product integration and adoption.
- Lead demos and pilots, support integrations, and drive platform utilization.
- Implement customer-requested features and advocate for customer needs internally.
- Use customer insights and product judgment to inform the product roadmap.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues before they become blockers.
Requirements
- Fluency or native proficiency in Spanish is required.
- Strong engineering foundation from a rigorous technical environment.
- Demonstrated exceptional performance in academic, athletic, professional, or entrepreneurial pursuits.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize without direct manager instruction.
- Strong communication skills with senior engineers and executives.
- Comfort with ambiguity, intensity, and sustained effort.
- Willingness to travel 25–50%.
- Advanced proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Python or TypeScript, is advantageous.
- Experience writing and debugging real software systems is advantageous.
- Interest in working directly with users on high-impact technical problems is advantageous.
- Ability to learn quickly in challenging, real-world environments is advantageous.
- Early-stage startup experience or experience operating beyond a defined job description is advantageous.
