Responsibilities
- Build and ship integrations between Jeeves and customer ERP, accounting, and financial systems using APIs and webhooks.
- Map and synchronize customer data models including charts of accounts, cost centers, entities, and vendors.
- Debug integration issues end to end, from API logs through customer month-end reconciliation.
- Build reusable integration patterns and internal tools to accelerate customer implementations.
- Configure multi-entity and multi-currency payment and treasury workflows.
- Design stablecoin payment and settlement flows alongside SPEI, PIX, ACH, and SWIFT rails.
- Support country-specific requirements including CFDI, NF-e, and DIAN e-invoicing within Jeeves workflows.
- Own technical onboarding for strategic accounts from scoping through go-live, adoption, and post-launch escalations.
- Run technical workshops, write implementation plans, manage expectations, and flag project risks.
- Partner with Sales and Account Management on technical discovery, solution design, and proofs of concept.
- Translate recurring customer requests into prioritized input for Product and Engineering.
- Document integration guides, edge cases, and implementation playbooks.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical implementation, including at least 2 years in customer-facing technical work.
- Strong hands-on production coding experience in at least one of Python, TypeScript/Node, or Go.
- Production experience building against REST APIs and webhooks.
- Solid SQL and data-mapping skills demonstrated through integrations or data pipelines.
- Experience owning a customer project through go-live while managing timelines and customer-side stakeholders.
- Professional fluency in English plus Spanish and/or Portuguese.
- Ability to travel to customer sites in Latin America as needed.
- Preferred experience includes fintech or payments, ERP or accounting integrations, finance operations, stablecoin or digital asset infrastructure, LatAm e-invoicing and tax systems, forward deployed or solutions architecture work, and implementation-focused internal tooling.
