Responsibilities
- Meet regularly with clients to understand processes, identify opportunities, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and iterate conversational-agent MVPs using AI technologies and validate hypotheses with clients in short cycles.
- Build maintainable and scalable software on a shared platform supporting multiple conversational solutions.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Product Engineers to define technical and functional strategies for each solution.
- Make technical decisions balancing execution speed, scalability, and maintainability.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture design, and continuous improvement of engineering practices.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience as a Software Engineer, actively designing, developing, and deploying software products.
- Experience building high-scale B2B or B2C products or platforms used by large volumes of users or transactions.
- Experience defining features and/or working closely with Product teams in agile contexts.
- Demonstrated experience designing scalable solutions and making trade-offs among speed, maintainability, and scalability.
- Excellent communication skills for working with technical stakeholders and clients.
- Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous contexts and turn open-ended problems into concrete solutions.
- Motivation to build AI-driven products.
- Desirable experience with LLM-based products, conversational agents, AI systems, early-stage 0-to-1 products, customer discovery, high-growth startups, distributed systems, APIs, cloud architectures, high-availability platforms, and multidisciplinary teams.
