Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software solutions.
- Capture and analyze requirements with cross-functional colleagues and assess technical feasibility.
- Lead the development and implementation of complex software applications.
- Maintain code quality, follow coding standards, and participate in code reviews.
- Lead debugging and analysis of production incidents.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers and promote continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 9–15 years of experience and extensive experience as a Senior Software Engineer or in a similar role deploying and maintaining enterprise-grade applications.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and experience building highly observable and scalable solutions.
- Proficiency in Node.js, React, and Next.js.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native architecture, preferably GCP or Azure, and containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies and practices.
- Hands-on experience with NLP frameworks and AI applications, including knowledge of AI and language models in chat platforms.
- Knowledge of cyber security techniques, resilient application design, and networking across public cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
- Python and Helm experience are additional advantages.
- Familiarity with Agile principles, Scrum methodology, and associated tools such as Jira.
- Outstanding problem-solving, analytical, collaboration, and relationship-building capabilities.
