Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, and maintain complex Salesforce cloud software solutions using full-stack expertise.
- Lead small to medium initiatives and take ownership of technical topics in ambiguous or undefined areas.
- Design, manage, and continuously improve the software delivery process from code generation through production using SFDX.
- Define and implement technical strategies and engineering standards involving Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and architectural challenges in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Ensure software quality, cybersecurity, secure-development practices, and regulatory alignment with GxP and ICFR.
- Mentor distributed team members, share knowledge, and contribute to organizational technical events.
- Plan and estimate complex work and communicate technical information and strategy to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience driving small to medium initiatives at a project, squad, or product level in a global context.
- Deep frontend, backend, full-stack, and Salesforce mobile development expertise.
- Strong proficiency with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Git, APIs, and automation scripting.
- Experience working in regulated environments and understanding of GxP, ICFR, and secure software-development practices.
- Proficiency in software quality management and performance metrics, including Salesforce Code Analyzer, PMD, and SonarQube.
- Understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and connected satellite systems.
- Salesforce Developer and Salesforce Administrator certifications are highly preferred.
- Strong planning, estimation, collaboration, coaching, mentoring, and stakeholder-communication abilities.
