Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of custom software solutions.
- Build and maintain real-time, end-to-end banking applications using C#/.NET Core and React.
- Lead, mentor, and support development team members.
- Design scalable architectures and write clean, maintainable, efficient front-end and back-end code.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support seamless integration and delivery.
- Monitor project progress, apply development best practices, and maintain quality standards.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform application tuning and optimization.
- Facilitate team discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in .NET full-stack development.
- Proficiency in .NET full-stack development.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to develop across front-end and back-end technologies.
- Experience with application performance tuning and optimization.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
