Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full stack applications and APIs.
- Build modern frontend applications and robust backend services.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and technical design decisions.
- Work across the full software development lifecycle in agile delivery teams.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA engineers, and DevOps teams.
- Develop secure, high-performance, and resilient applications.
- Support integration with payment platforms, banking systems, and third-party APIs.
- Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
- Strong full stack development experience across frontend and backend technologies.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong backend development skills using Java, Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Strong understanding of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud-native development and containerization technologies.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, testing, and secure coding standards.
- Payments, banking, fintech, or financial services experience is highly desirable; exposure to card payments, tokenization, wallets, transaction processing, or digital banking platforms is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
