Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, maintain, and support GitHub Enterprise Cloud organizations, repositories, teams, permissions, policies, integrations, and security features.
- Build and maintain platform automation and Infrastructure as Code for administration, onboarding, governance, and self-service.
- Troubleshoot GitHub Enterprise Cloud, GitHub Actions, access management, integrations, and CI/CD pipeline issues.
- Define reusable templates, blueprints, policy-as-code approaches, and CI/CD patterns for secure and efficient software delivery.
- Support traceability, quality, security, compliance, and controlled change management across the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, security, compliance, architecture, operations, vendors, and DevSecOps stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps engineering, software engineering, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience administering GitHub Enterprise Cloud, including organizations, repositories, teams, permissions, policies, branch protection, integrations, and security features.
- Automation and scripting experience with one or more of C#, Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
- Experience with GitHub Actions, CI/CD automation, reusable workflows, and repository templates.
- Experience managing platform configuration and infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Pulumi.
- Understanding of software delivery, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and operational support.
- Familiarity with regulated environments, QMS, O&M processes, change management, and applicable SOPs.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across engineering, security, compliance, architecture, operations, and vendor teams.
