Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce capabilities across enterprise environments.
- Engineer secure access using permission sets, permission set groups, roles, sharing, identity controls, and least-privilege practices.
- Build and govern Flow automation, approvals, validation, record types, layouts, and platform configuration.
- Own platform health, limits, licenses, storage, data quality, audit findings, technical debt, and operational improvement backlogs.
- Support integrations and data movement by validating mappings, access, scheduled jobs, error handling, and operational controls.
- Lead sandbox strategy, release readiness, deployment coordination, change controls, and production validation.
- Automate repeatable administration, monitoring, environment, and quality activities using approved tools and APIs.
- Partner with architects and engineers on security, data, integration, performance, and platform modernization decisions.
- Establish platform health reporting and prioritized reliability, security, and technical debt improvements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, platform engineering, CRM operations, or enterprise application support.
- Advanced expertise with Salesforce configuration, Flow, permissions, sharing, data quality, reports, dashboards, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of platform security, identity and access concepts, least privilege, auditability, and compliance-oriented operations.
- Experience with sandbox strategy, release management, source control, CI/CD concepts, and production change controls.
- Experience supporting integrations, APIs, scheduled jobs, data loads, and cross-system issue resolution.
- Ability to analyze logs, limits, and dependencies; perform root-cause analysis; and implement durable fixes.
- Ability to work independently and communicate platform risk, operational status, and recommendations clearly.
- Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator credentials are preferred.
- Platform App Builder and Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Sharing and Visibility, Identity, or Data Architecture credentials are preferred.
- Experience with Apex, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, scripting, automation, DevOps tooling, monitoring, backup and recovery, data lifecycle, and regulated enterprise controls is preferred.
