Base Salary
$75k - $100k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android.
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into responsive code.
- Integrate mobile applications with APIs and third-party SDKs.
- Debug and resolve bugs, performance issues, and platform-specific iOS and Android issues.
- Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback from senior engineers.
- Write and maintain basic unit and integration tests.
- Communicate effectively in a remote environment, including maintaining an on-camera presence when expected.
Requirements
- Some prior technical experience in mobile development, software development, or a related technical area, or a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related programming or technology field.
- Working knowledge of React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React fundamentals including components, state, props, and hooks.
- Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and/or Agile delivery practices.
- Familiarity with mobile UI/UX principles and interest in developing across iOS and Android.
- Experience using Git and consuming APIs.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Health IT experience is a plus.
