Base Salary
$298k - $368k/yr
Responsibilities
- Set the long-term technical roadmap for next-generation multimodal perception architectures.
- Architect unified, scalable representations across diverse sensor modalities and heterogeneous sensor suites.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across Perception and Planner and collaborate with hardware and infrastructure teams on onboard optimization.
- Mentor machine-learning engineers and foster rapid prototyping and rigorous benchmarking.
- Develop and ship large-scale, production-grade machine-learning models and systems.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Robotics, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of industry experience in machine learning, AI, or computer vision.
- A proven track record of architecting and shipping large-scale, production-grade machine-learning models.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and modern machine-learning frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow.
- Experience leading large technical initiatives as a Tech Lead across cross-functional teams.
- Preferred: PhD with a publication record at top-tier venues.
- Preferred: industrial experience with multimodal foundation models, 3D perception, or end-to-end autonomous-driving systems.
- Preferred: experience designing modular, sensor-agnostic perception frameworks that scale across diverse configurations.
