Base Salary
$264k - $363k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for the administration of Databricks.
- Architect production-level deployments with security and networking compliance.
- Become a technical expert in cloud platforms, automation, security, or networking.
- Assist Solution Architects with advanced technical sales aspects.
- Conduct tutorials and training to enhance community adoption.
- Contribute to the Databricks Community.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical role with expertise in cloud platforms, security, networking, or identity management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with Python, Java, or Scala, and proficiency in SQL.
- 2 years of professional experience with Big Data technologies like Spark or Hadoop.
- 2 years of customer-facing experience in a pre-sales or post-sales role.
- Ability to meet technical training expectations within 6 months of hire.
