Responsibilities
- Provide technical consulting to customers and business partners.
- Analyze customer requirements and develop solution architectures.
- Conduct workshops, product training, and presentations.
- Support sales teams with tenders and proposals.
- Plan and execute proof-of-concepts.
- Integrate the Swissbit iShield Key into existing systems.
- Advise on Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity infrastructures.
- Develop FIDO2, passkey, and multi-factor authentication solutions.
- Train partners and create technical documentation.
- Monitor technology developments and collaborate closely with product management.
Requirements
- Completed engineering studies in computer science, electrical engineering, systems engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in technical presales or cybersecurity.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
- Experience with FIDO2, passkeys, and multi-factor authentication.
- Understanding of public key infrastructures.
- Knowledge of hardware security keys and other IAM solutions is advantageous.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with enthusiasm for customer interaction.
- Structured, independent, solution-oriented working style and ability to work in an international team.
- Very good German and English skills.
- Willingness to travel 20–30%.
