As a Firmware Validation Engineer, you will ensure that embedded firmware and high-end memory products are reliable, performant, and ready for market. You will design and execute validation tests, analyze results, and collaborate with international development teams.

Develop firmware for next-generation flash controllers and help shape reliable, high-performance storage products at Swissbit. The role is open to both experienced embedded developers and career starters at the Dresden location.

Experienced Firmware Engineer responsible for developing and optimizing low-level firmware for next-generation PCIe/NVMe storage controllers. The role spans hardware abstraction, drivers, debugging, standards compliance, and hardware bring-up across the full product lifecycle.

Develop foundational firmware for raw NAND flash interfaces and the hardware abstraction layer in Swissbit’s controller stack. The role combines embedded C development, flash-device characterization, protocol implementation, calibration, and reliability validation.

Develop and optimize secure firmware for next-generation flash controllers, helping shape embedded security architectures and functions. The role combines firmware development, cryptography, product validation, and international security certification support.
