Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work with customers and stakeholders to define clear project requirements.
- Translate requirements into technical approaches and execution plans.
- Lead execution teams to ensure timely project deliverables.
- Design and automate complex data pipelines and algorithms.
- Guide the development of machine learning models and analytics.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve group practices.
- Conduct fieldwork and interface with customers at their sites.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in data science, machine learning, computer science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in machine learning and software engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with libraries like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Experience in designing algorithms and production analytics.
- Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret US security clearance.
- US citizenship is required.
