Base Salary
$140k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate secure, scalable Azure infrastructure for distributed radar systems and backend services.
- Develop high-performance backend services that ingest, process, and distribute real-time sensor data.
- Define infrastructure as code, automate deployments, and improve the platform through DevOps practices.
- Own observability, monitoring, resiliency, and operational readiness for production systems.
- Shape platform architecture and make decisions supporting scale, new capabilities, and long-term maintainability.
- Collaborate with software, hardware, and systems engineers to deliver secure end-to-end capabilities from sensor to cloud.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Person, defined as a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, for access to controlled technology.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
- Strong backend and cloud engineering fundamentals, with an interest in scalable backend systems, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, reliability, and production ownership.
- Experience with Python and modern backend development is a plus.
- Experience with Azure or another major cloud platform is a plus.
- Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD, real-time data pipelines, or distributed systems is a plus.
- TypeScript and React experience or willingness to work across the stack is a plus.
