Responsibilities
- Provide consulting and delivery services for client Data and AI initiatives.
- Understand client business and technology needs and design appropriate Data and AI solutions.
- Design, challenge, and evolve Data and AI architectures.
- Build AI Engineering, ML Engineering, and Data Engineering solutions in Python.
- Design and implement data flows supporting Data, ML, and AI products.
- Lead industrialization, production deployment, and monitoring of Data and AI solutions.
- Serve as Tech Lead, technical expert, or architect depending on the engagement.
- Guide client teams and communicate clear technical recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
- Participate in Data and AI R&D, technology monitoring, and knowledge sharing.
- Lead mission teams, onboard junior profiles, provide feedback, and mentor team members.
- Improve AI Engineering, Data Engineering, software craftsmanship, and architecture practices.
Requirements
- At least seven years of professional experience and a senior or manager-level profile.
- Advanced professional proficiency in Python.
- Significant experience in Data Science, ML Engineering, and Data Engineering.
- Strong experience with LLM use cases including RAG, prompt engineering, agents, fine-tuning, or Agentic Engineering.
- Ability to design, challenge, and evolve Data and AI architectures.
- Significant experience designing and implementing data flows.
- Expertise in industrializing, deploying, and monitoring Data, ML, and AI projects in production.
- Professional experience in at least one of AWS, GCP, Azure, Scaleway, OVH, or Outscale.
- Previous experience as a Tech Lead, technical lead, or recognized technical expert.
- Ability to formalize and share knowledge through presentations, articles, or conferences.
- French proficiency at a minimum C1 level.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Ops practices, software craftsmanship, or architecture is an advantage.
- Strong client communication, relationship-building, prioritization, and technical leadership skills.
