Base Salary
$175k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship end-to-end full-stack product features and critical platform components from scratch.
- Set coding standards, architectural patterns, and review processes while mentoring engineers.
- Contribute to monitoring, scaling, reliability, and hardening of the platform architecture.
- Collaborate with product, security, and go-to-market teams to turn the roadmap into production deliverables.
- Integrate AI capabilities including LLMs, retrieval, and agents into product experiences.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building production software across frontend and backend.
- Demonstrated experience shipping features end-to-end.
- Strong knowledge of modern web application development practices and patterns.
- Comfort building products with AI at the core, including LLM, retrieval, or agent integrations.
- Familiarity with Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, Node.js, Supabase, and AWS is preferred.
