Responsibilities
- Architect and build core product infrastructure and systems.
- Make technical decisions establishing the engineering foundation.
- Collaborate with co-founders on product strategy and the roadmap.
- Contribute to full-stack development, DevOps, and system design.
- Mentor and help hire engineers as the team grows.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building and shipping production software systems.
- Experience designing and implementing backend or full-stack systems at scale.
- Strong fundamentals in at least one backend programming language and experience with modern web frameworks.
- Comfort with full-stack development and cloud infrastructure such as AWS or GCP.
- Ability to ship quickly, make pragmatic technical trade-offs, and communicate effectively in a small collaborative team.
