Base Salary
$188k - $257k/yr
Responsibilities
- Integrate AI/ML models and agents into the platform and support their deployment.
- Build and maintain APIs and services for AI model and agent deployment and data processing.
- Write maintainable, performant, reliable, and scalable software.
- Troubleshoot platform performance, integration, and reliability issues.
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and cross-functional teams on technical requirements and solutions.
- Improve AI platform systems and workflows and contribute to architectural discussions.
- Support production systems in an owner-operator environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- 3+ years of backend development experience using Python, TypeScript, or Java.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and services.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience using Git and collaborating in an agile environment.
- Preferred: advanced degree in an AI/ML-related field.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, or other generative AI technologies.
- Preferred: understanding of database systems and data processing technologies.
- Preferred: experience with Terraform or CloudFormation across AWS and other cloud platforms.
- Preferred: experience with CI/CD automation and observability using Datadog, Sentry, and related tools.
- Preferred: frontend development experience with React and TypeScript.
