Base Salary
$120k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve computer vision, machine learning, and AI systems for blueprint analysis.
- Apply current computer vision and large language model techniques to construction problems.
- Build prototypes quickly and refine them using user feedback.
- Take AI systems from early concepts through production deployment.
- Contribute to early-stage product work beyond core model development when needed.
Requirements
- Hands-on applied computer vision and machine learning experience, including Python and deep learning.
- Experience taking an AI system from an early concept through production deployment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, growth mindset, and comfort with ambiguous practical challenges.
- Clear, empathetic communication and willingness to be candid about results.
- Interest in improving housing affordability and construction workflows.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to work full-time on-site in San Francisco or relocate.
