Responsibilities
- Discover customer priorities and translate them into high-impact Celonis use cases.
- Advise customers on how the Celonis platform fits into their IT landscape and AI strategy.
- Build demos, business cases, AI prototypes, and proof-of-value projects using customer data and industry benchmarks.
- Facilitate business value workshops and identify opportunities for process enhancement.
- Derive improvement measures, initiate change initiatives, and train users or process owners to realize value.
- Own customer landing, expansion, adoption, and renewal journeys.
- Build strategic expansion roadmaps and drive adoption of Celonis Process Intelligence.
- Manage multiple projects, including scope, expectations, timelines, and ecosystem partners.
- Present value roadmaps, results, and realized outcomes to senior management and C-level executives.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer use cases.
Requirements
- Experience with business software or SaaS applications such as SAP and collaboration with IT teams.
- Hands-on SQL and/or Python skills.
- Experience developing dashboards and automations using tools such as Power BI or RPA.
- Knowledge of AI-powered solutions.
- Experience in analytical roles focused on demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, process improvement, and software deployment.
- Ideally, customer-facing experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, IT consulting, management consulting, or a comparable in-house analytics or intelligence function.
- Experience identifying business process improvement use cases and deploying improvement measures.
- Experience planning and managing project scope, expectations, and timelines across multiple projects.
- Experience communicating value roadmaps and results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of Finance and/or Supply Chain domains and strategic transformation initiatives.
- Expertise in the Finance and Banking industry.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a comparable technical field.
