Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain MES solutions and automation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements.
- Document technical solutions, SOPs, and user manuals.
- Prepare training for business users and conduct IT Acceptance Testing.
- Develop scripts and dashboards to support manufacturing KPIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in manufacturing applications.
- Provide 24/7 production support on MES solutions.
- Lead or support system upgrades and implementations.
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in software development or system analysis in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Change Management, Incident Management, and System Development Life Cycle.
- Ability to lead and influence a virtual team.
- Strong programming skills in C# .NET, Java, Python, or similar.
- Proficiency in SQL and Oracle database.
- Fluent in English and basic to advanced proficiency in Malay/Mandarin.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
