Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Design and implement enterprise integration solutions using Workday Core Integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Apply data transformation and mapping techniques to support seamless data flow.
- Use APIs and middleware platforms to connect diverse systems.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to support project alignment and timely delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Strong experience designing and implementing integration solutions in enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Experience with data transformation and mapping techniques.
- Experience working with APIs and middleware platforms.
- Ability to work within iterative software delivery frameworks.
- 15 years of full-time education.
