Base Salary
$185k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand their data integration needs.
- Design and implement solutions that integrate customer data with Rilla's software.
- Manage end-to-end execution of high-stakes projects.
- Collaborate with customer executives on data models and workflows.
- Handle large-scale data and develop full-stack features.
- Contribute to Rilla's strategy in new markets and problem spaces.
Requirements
- Strong coding skills in languages such as JavaScript, C++, Python, or Rust.
- Familiarity with storage and data processing systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to iterate quickly with teammates and incorporate feedback.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to client sites.
