Responsibilities
- Design and develop highly performant and available distributed systems.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers.
- Create native integrations that enhance the platform's functionality.
- Leverage expertise in iPaaS to develop and expand integrations.
- Develop essential internal tooling to improve platform aspects.
- Continuously explore and implement innovative solutions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with complex software applications.
- Proficiency in developing applications from scratch.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- Solid understanding of database fundamentals, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Experience with APIs, platforms, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with AWS or public cloud infrastructure.
- Strong communication skills for documenting and presenting ideas.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging large codebases.
- Passion for learning and staying updated with emerging technologies.
- Previous experience with workflow management systems.
- Proven track record of enterprise-grade integrations.
