Responsibilities

  • Learn Red Hat products, services, enterprise solution architecture processes, and associated tools through the FASTER Program.
  • Engage with customers through job shadowing, technical discussions, presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and pilot projects.
  • Shadow and assist experienced Solution Architects in delivering proof-of-value activities to customers and partners.
  • Support Sales organization goals by delivering customer business value, obtaining technical wins, educating customers, and advancing sales pipeline and revenue.
  • Complete technical training and pursue industry-recognized certifications in cloud, automation, and AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with peers, mentors, managers, internal teams, external customers, and partners.

Requirements

  • Passion for open source technology and a desire to build a technology career.
  • Strong technical skills in computer science, IT, AI, or related fields gained through university programs, upskilling bootcamps, certificate programs, military experience, or similar pathways.
  • Demonstrated technical, analytical, and problem-solving experience on an Enterprise IT-related project.
  • Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Red Hat OpenShift, Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, Red Hat AI platform, or related open source technologies is preferred.
  • Exposure to Python, Bash, Java, or Go is a plus.
  • Customer-focused mindset, effective written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams and external customers.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and work in person from a Red Hat office location as well as remotely.
  • Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
