Base Salary
$75k - $80k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives and senior solutions engineers to understand customer needs and develop account positioning strategies.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and tailored product demonstrations.
- Build product knowledge and answer technical and functional questions during the sales cycle.
- Participate in discovery sessions and support technical strategy development.
- Lead technical discussions involving enterprise architecture and integration strategies.
- Prepare responses to RFPs and security questionnaires.
- Collaborate with sales, product management, engineering, professional services, marketing, and customer success.
- Support webinars, conferences, trade shows, and other marketing events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1–2 years of professional experience, including internships, customer-facing roles, or technical support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with comfort presenting publicly.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate software features into real-world customer benefits.
- Collaborative, adaptable, organized, and receptive to coaching and feedback.
- Preferred experience includes hospitality or restaurant industry work, retail or hospitality sales, or internship-level sales.
- Preferred technical exposure includes inventory management, ERP, LMS, APIs, integration methodologies, cloud infrastructure, or IT security.
