Responsibilities
- Align innovative analytics and multi-product Salesforce solutions to technology challenges within complex Consumer Business Services accounts.
- Partner with customers, sales teams, product teams, and professional services to drive consensus on technical solutions.
- Define ambiguous business problems, research practical options, and recommend next steps.
- Evaluate solutions, create decision frameworks, and guide stakeholder decision-making.
- Build customized software demonstrations and rapid prototypes using Salesforce and Tableau.
- Demonstrate connected, data-driven experiences for multiple customer personas.
- Advise customers on data and analytics architecture related to Salesforce and Tableau solutions.
- Participate in product, sales, procedural training, and certification programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Data Science, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau, CRM Analytics, or Tableau Next, including data visualization, dashboarding, and self-service analytics best practices.
- Knowledge of related applications, relational databases, and web technology.
- Strong oral, written, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to solve technical problems in varied organizational and political environments and engage technical, business, and executive audiences.
- Previous solution engineering, sales engineering, consulting, or similar customer-facing technical experience is preferred.
- Experience building with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or MeshMesh is preferred.
- Salesforce or Tableau certifications and familiarity with AI/ML fundamentals are preferred.
- Experience with SQL, data modeling across structured and semi-structured data, and basic programming or scripting in Python, HTML, JavaScript, or similar is preferred.
- Experience with design thinking, persona-based discovery, or workshop facilitation is preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for customer engagements and team events.
