Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Databricks Industry strategy for Financial Services.
- Create standardized frameworks for asset quality and prioritization.
- Drive joint go-to-market strategy with partners.
- Engage directly with strategic Financial Services customers.
- Guide customers through the full use case lifecycle.
- Act as the field enablement lead, training Solutions Architects and partners.
Requirements
- 15+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales or consulting role.
- Deep domain expertise in Financial Services sub-industries.
- Proven ability to develop and execute industry-specific go-to-market strategies.
- Experience working with global system integrators and consulting organizations.
- Strong communication skills with a track record of mentoring technical teams.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Undergraduate degree or higher in an engineering or mathematics discipline.
