Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor by translating customer challenges into actionable AI solutions aligned with high-ROI outcomes.
- Lead architectural design and engage business and technical decision-makers to drive adoption and sustained usage of Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot.
- Use Copilot prompt engineering and agent-building expertise to deploy agentic AI at scale.
- Partner with technical and sales teams to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored solutions.
- Accelerate customers’ AI transformation journeys through expertise sharing, intellectual property creation, and reuse.
- Share customer insights, feedback, and success stories to inform internal strategy and execution.
- Maintain technical readiness through continuous learning in Copilot, business value realization, adoption, and change management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field plus 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree plus 6+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of customer-facing experience and 4 years working on technical projects; preferred qualifications include 5+ years in a customer-facing role or 5+ years on technical M365, Power Platform, or Copilot Studio projects.
- Deep knowledge of solution architecture, design, implementation, or support for cloud and collaboration environments.
- Experience building relationships with senior IT executives and managing stakeholders to achieve consensus on solutions and projects.
- Preferred certifications include M365 fundamentals, M365 Copilot fundamentals, Microsoft Power Platform or Copilot Studio, Microsoft Azure fundamentals, Cloud Security, Teams Administration, SharePoint, or PROSCI/change management.
- U.S. citizenship must be verified with a valid passport due to citizenship-based legal restrictions.
- Must pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire or transfer and every two years thereafter.
