InformaticaResponsibilities
- Lead customers through enterprise transformation strategy, Salesforce platform strategy, architecture planning, implementation, go-live, and continuous optimization.
- Design enterprise IT architectures, Salesforce Org governance models, data models, multi-cloud solutions, applications, integrations, and detailed technical designs.
- Conduct requirements interviews, requirements analysis, process facilitation, and project planning and execution support.
- Lead or support development, testing, data migration, deployment to production, development standards, and DevOps process design.
- Establish Salesforce governance mechanisms, Center of Excellence operating models, design authority processes, and architecture quality practices.
- Perform Salesforce Org health checks, architecture diagnostics, optimization assessments, and recommendations.
- Advise senior executives and stakeholders, build consensus, lead teams or projects, and support change management and solution adoption.
- Help customers evaluate and adopt AI solutions such as Agentforce and use AI tools to improve analysis, design quality, efficiency, and delivery outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience in strategy and change design, governance and optimization, or project execution and support, with a primary driving role.
- At least 3 years of experience leading teams or projects; a specific leadership title is not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customer senior executives, including C-level stakeholders, and collaborate across departments and roles.
- Ability to understand business needs, Salesforce-related technical concepts, and project methodologies quickly.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and use AI tools to improve efficiency and output quality.
- Native-level Chinese and business-level English communication skills.
- Preferred experience includes AI, data applications, data governance, AI agents, global project execution, English cross-border collaboration, and demonstrated use of AI tools in consulting or system implementation.
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect are preferred.
