Responsibilities
- Represent the technical team in client-facing deep-dive workshops and board-level sales presentations.
- Lead the development team technically and create technical architecture documentation.
- Work with the QA lead to define the test strategy.
- Lead DevOps coordination to define and implement CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure implementations meet non-functional requirements.
- Design solutions for enterprise and financial-services environments, especially banking.
- Support deployment of highly available and scalable web applications using infrastructure components, virtualization, and container technologies.
Requirements
- Demonstrated Java platform knowledge and experience with Spring, Maven, and GitHub.
- Understanding of service-oriented and microservices architectures, JavaScript frameworks, MVC patterns, REST APIs, OpenAPI, integration platforms, and API gateways.
- Professional experience with Enterprise Integration Patterns and frameworks.
- Operational knowledge of application servers, databases, load balancers, and other infrastructure components.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and ArgoCD.
- Strong ability to learn new architectural frameworks and best practices.
- Experience designing solutions for financial services, especially banking.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Native mobile development knowledge is advantageous.
