Responsibilities
- Design and govern enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations application, integration, security, and infrastructure architectures.
- Lead technical solution workshops, establish architecture and development governance standards, and provide technical design and code review oversight.
- Guide X++ customizations and extensions using upgrade-safe Microsoft best practices.
- Architect integrations across Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Azure Integration Services, Power Platform, Data Management Framework, Dual Write, Dataverse, Logic Apps, and API Management.
- Define deployment strategies across development, test, UAT, and production environments.
- Lead functional design for Dynamics 365 Project Operations and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Design project lifecycle, resource management, capacity planning, forecasting, time and expense, project accounting, budgeting, billing, revenue recognition, and profitability processes.
- Facilitate business workshops, conduct fit-gap analysis, create functional design documents, and recommend process improvements.
- Support change management, user acceptance testing, training teams, and successful user adoption.
Requirements
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations architecture and technical solution design.
- Experience with X++ development, the Extension Framework, Data Management Framework, Commerce, Dataverse, Dual Write, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API Management.
- Functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Project Operations and project lifecycle, resource management, capacity planning, forecasting, time and expense, project accounting, budget management, and revenue recognition.
- Professional proficiency in both German and English at a minimum C1 level.
