Responsibilities
- Develop the solution acceleration strategy for Atlassian’s Service Management partner ecosystem.
- Help ITSM/ESM channel partners expand their practices by creating ESM solutions, blueprints, reference architectures, and related collateral.
- Support partners throughout deal cycles from sourcing and pre-sales through post-sales by providing technical expertise and thought leadership.
- Develop account strategies with Channel teams to drive Jira Service Management adoption within the partner community.
- Contribute to practice evolution through resource sharing and feedback loops.
- Partner with Product Management to identify product opportunities and provide market feedback from channel partners.
- Develop and deliver technical enablement workshops for channel partners.
- Represent Atlassian through thought leadership at conferences and partner events.
Requirements
- Experience interacting with channel partners across pre-sales, consulting, delivery, and post-sales.
- Experience as an ITSM/ESM architect with willingness to develop hands-on solutions from reference architecture through completion.
- Passion for modern approaches to ITSM/ESM and the ability to inspire partners and customers.
- Ability to interpret sophisticated problem statements and deliver innovative, simple solutions collaboratively with partners and sales teams.
- Familiarity with Atlassian products and experience reviewing or trying Jira Service Management.
- Knowledge of common ITSM frameworks including IT4IT, ITIL 4, and DevOps.
- Fluency in English; conversational or fluent French is a plus.
