Responsibilities
- Develop solution acceleration strategies for Atlassian’s service management partner ecosystem.
- Help ITSM/ESM channel partners expand their practices by creating solutions, blueprints, collateral, and reference architectures.
- Provide technical expertise and thought leadership across deal sourcing, pre-sales, and post-sales stages.
- Develop account strategies with channel teams to drive Jira Service Management adoption through partners.
- Create and deliver technical enablement workshops for channel partners.
- Provide partner feedback to product management and contribute to product-line opportunities.
- Represent Atlassian at conferences and partner events.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with channel partners in pre-sales, consulting, delivery, and post-sales capacities.
- Hands-on ITSM/ESM architecture experience, including architecting reference architectures and solutions.
- Ability to solve complex problems, simplify solutions, and collaborate with partners and sales teams.
- Strong familiarity with Atlassian products, preferably including Jira Service Management.
- Knowledge of common ITSM frameworks such as IT4IT and ITIL 4.
- English and French fluency is preferred.
