Responsibilities
- Build and optimize AI components and pipelines for Sherpany’s products.
- Experiment with advanced AI techniques and deliver innovative product features.
- Integrate AI solutions with product and engineering teams.
- Ensure performance, scalability, security, reliability, and compliance in AI workflows and infrastructure.
- Work with on-premise AI deployments and optimize supporting infrastructure.
- Monitor emerging AI technologies and propose improvements.
- Mentor junior engineers and share engineering best practices.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience in production environments.
- Strong Python skills and proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
- Experience with on-premise AI deployments is a strong plus.
- Experience with Docker and Git.
- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud AI platforms is a plus.
