Responsibilities
- Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
- Maintain deployment automation and configuration consistency across development, test, and production environments.
- Set up and maintain software instances across multiple environments.
- Monitor deployment outcomes and support security, change, and release management controls.
- Coordinate requests and delivery activities with external and internal teams.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to resolve delivery issues.
- Improve deployment quality, platform reliability, and operational efficiency by reducing manual and error-prone work.
Requirements
- Experience in DevOps engineering, release and deployment management, infrastructure automation, or related fields.
- Exposure to Windows and Linux platforms.
- Exposure to MSSQL databases.
- Experience with ServiceNow, BMC Helix, or JIRA.
- Mandatory experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with Octopus Deploy, Azure DevOps, Grafana, Terraform, and Azure Kubernetes Service.
- Advanced English proficiency is required.
- Ability to communicate technical issues, risks, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate with infrastructure, application support, development, security, and business teams.
- Proactive, accountable, solution-oriented approach to operational issues.
- Exposure to AI tools and technologies is a plus.
